Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day returns policy to all of our customers in the UK.

Before returning an item, please contact one of our helpful staff on to see how we can assist you best.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in a re-saleable condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you via email or telephone to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or refusal of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your original payment method will be refunded within 7-10 days depending on your bank and or card processor. This timescale is not within our control.

Late or missing refunds.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or ex-demo units and products will not be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Precision Shooting Store, 9 Hillside Gardens, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3SH

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Firearms and other restricted items must be hand delivered back to store or via RFD transfer only. They shall be de-cocked, unloaded and in a ‘safe’ state. 

Precision Shooting Store Ltd will not be liable for any damage and or loss related to shipping items back to store; it is the duty of the customer to ship via the correct shipping method and insure the item for it’s value and liability.
